Joumana Frangie-Moukanas holds a master’s degree in private law from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University and an LLM from Boston University in the USA, where she spent three years. A member of the Paris Bar since 1994, she joined Cabinet Plichon-de Bussy – Plichon in 1997.
