1. The purview of the notion of anxiety-based harm has now been broadened, to include every workforce member exposed to asbestos:
- two legal regimes for anxiety-based harm
- employer’s duty to ensure the workforce’s safety, with the emphasis on preventive measures
- means of defence available to the employer
2. Might the notion of anxiety-based harm be further broadened, so as to take in other hazards?
