Decree no. 2024-951 of October 23rd, 2024, provides that, with effect from 1st November 2024, the minimum wage (« SMIC ») will be increased as follows:

In Mainland France, Guadeloupe, French Guyana, Martinique, Réunion, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon |
EUR 11.88 per hour | EUR 1,801.80 |
Mayotte | EUR 8.98 per hour | EUR 1,361.97 |
Companies must increase the salary of all employees employed at the minimum wage.
