There is much discussion underway concerning how best to modernise the way public services are run; meanwhile, for a career to be linear is increasingly unusual. Against that background, this breakfast briefing will deal with new forms of public-sector mobility, as the border between labour law and the law governing the civil service becomes ever-more tenuous, and notably in these areas:
- Private to public sector
- Public to private sector
- Civil servants on secondment: just a regular employee?
- Civil servants and voluntary departure: evolution or revolution?
Presented by Aurélie Cormier Le Goff and Stéphane Bloch, partners at FGA
The event will take place between 8:30-10:30am at Maison des Arts et Métiers (75016 Paris, Iéna Métro station)
